About the Mercedes-Benz SL W113 Pagoda

The Mercedes-Benz W113 holds an important place in the history of the SL-Class. Known worldwide as the Pagoda because of the distinctive shape of its removable hardtop, it combined the sporting character of the SL with a more refined, comfortable and safer driving concept than its predecessors.

The range consisted of the 230 SL, 250 SL and 280 SL, all powered by inline six-cylinder engines with mechanical fuel injection. Its body construction, suspension, brake, steering and transmission systems require accurate technical documentation, especially for preserved, restored or imported cars from different markets.
