These terms govern the purchase and delivery of digital products (PDF) purchased on crazyaboutmercedes.com. By placing an order, you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please do not complete the checkout.
Crazy About Mercedes is not for profit. All proceeds are used exclusively for the maintenance and operation of the website (for example: hosting, domain, tools and support). Our mission is to support classic car enthusiasts worldwide by providing access to documentation and resources in digital format.
1. Product and digital delivery
Products are delivered in digital format (PDF). Once payment is confirmed, the customer can access the download from the website (for example, from their account and/or order confirmation) or through the delivery methods provided by the store.
2. Technical requirements
The customer is responsible for having an internet connection and a compatible device/software to download and open PDF files.
3. Payments and security
Payments are processed through payment providers. We do not store your full card details on our servers; processing is handled by the relevant providers.
4. Returns and refunds
Since this is digital content, as a general rule returns are not accepted once access has been granted or the download has been completed.
5. Warranty
We may consider reasonable exceptions, for example: defective or incomplete file, verifiable technical inability to download attributable to the website, accidental duplicate purchase of the same product. To request a review, please contact us with your order number and a description of the issue.
